Tap once. Your phone does the remembering.
Small NFC stickers placed around your home, desk, and bag. Tap one with your iPhone and the right checklist, reminder, or action fires at the exact moment you need it. No app to open. No alarm to ignore. The cue lives where the action happens.

You're not the only ADHD adult saying this.
"I've tried 14 productivity apps. The problem was never the app."
"My phone is a graveyard of unopened reminders."
"I don't forget because I don't care. I forget because my brain refuses to retrieve."
"Alarms became background noise. I need the cue where the thing happens."
"I keep buying notebooks. I keep losing them."
"Getting out the door takes 40 minutes and three trips back inside."
You're not lazy. You're not broken.
Your brain just doesn't hold things on command.
ADHD isn't a memory problem — it's a retrieval problem. You knew you needed your meds. You knew you needed the work badge. The information was there. You just couldn't grab it at the moment that mattered.
ADHD On Tap moves the remembering out of your head and into your environment. The tag on the door does the remembering. You just walk past it.
Tap. Trigger. Done.
Three moving parts. None of them require willpower.
01
Tap.
Touch your iPhone to a small NFC sticker placed exactly where the action happens — door frame, desk, nightstand.
02
Trigger.
The sticker fires a pre-built iOS Shortcut: a checklist, a timer, a reminder, an app, a routine.
03
Done.
You did the thing without remembering you needed to. The environment did the remembering for you.
Same brain. Different environment.
Right now
The current pattern
- Halfway to the car, did I take my meds?
- Forgot the badge. Driving back. Late again.
- Sat down to work, opened 14 tabs, did nothing for two hours.
- Dog hasn't been walked. It's 9pm. Again.
- Came home and dumped keys in a new spot. Already lost them.
Within a week
With ADHD On Tap
- Tap the door frame. Five things checked in under 10 seconds.
- Badge is on the list. You see it before you leave.
- Tap the desk. Timer starts, distractions close, plan opens.
- Tap the living room. Invisible tasks become visible.
- Tap the entry tag. Keys go in the right place every time.

I built this because I needed it.
ADHD diagnosis at 38. Three years of trying every productivity app on the planet. Then I stuck an NFC tag to my door frame and stopped forgetting my work badge. That was the moment.
ADHD On Tap is everything I wish someone had handed me on day one — the setups, the shortcuts, the placement, the why. No fluff. Built for the way our brains actually work.
This is for you if
- You have ADHD (diagnosed or strongly suspected) and an iPhone
- You've tried productivity apps and bounced off all of them
- You forget things at the exact moment they matter
- You want a system that works WITH your brain, not against it
- You're tired of feeling broken by your own day
Not for you if
- You're on Android (sorry — coming later, not yet)
- You want a coach, a community, or a course
- You're hoping ADHD On Tap will fix things you haven't named yet
- You expect this to work without sticking any tags down
The honest answers.
What exactly do I get for $97?+
Lifetime access to 15 ready-to-use NFC tag setups, pre-built iOS Shortcut downloads, video walkthroughs (added progressively), exact placement guides, ADHD brain explainer content, and every new setup I add in the future.
Do I need to buy NFC tags separately?+
Yes. NFC tags are cheap (~$10-15 for a pack of 10 on Amazon). I tell you exactly which ones to buy inside.
What iPhone do I need?+
Any iPhone 7 or newer running iOS 14+. iOS Shortcuts and NFC are built-in. You don't need to install anything weird.
I'm on Android. Can I use this?+
Not yet. The setups rely on iOS Shortcuts, which doesn't exist on Android. An Android version is on the roadmap but not available.
How much setup time?+
Your first tag is live in ~5 minutes. A full deployment around the house takes about 30 minutes total, but you don't need to do it all at once.
Is this an app I have to open?+
No. That's the whole point. The tags fire shortcuts that already live on your phone. You tap, it runs. Zero friction.
What if it doesn't work for me?+
30-day no-questions-asked refund. Email me, money back.
Will the price really go up?+
Yes. $97 founding price for the first 200 members. $147 permanently after that. The counter at the top of this page is live.
Stop trying to remember harder.
Let the tag do it.
Founding access is $97 once. After 200 members, it's $147 permanently. Lifetime updates either way.
